Tutor Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait and help students improve their academic performance. The successful candidate will work with students of different ages, providing individual support and guidance.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Previous experience working as a tutor, preferably with children/youth
• Excellent knowledge of the subject matter they are teaching
• Ability to work with children/youth from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Patience and empathy when working with students

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction that meets the needs of individuals or small groups of students
• Develop curriculum focused on individual student needs
• Assess student progress on an ongoing basis
• Provide advice to students on how to improve their academic performance
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to help them catch up with course material

Qualifications:
• The ability to handle pressure while providing top-notch tutoring services
• Positive attitude towards learning as well as teaching
• A good understanding of different teaching techniques

Salary: 1400 (ready to consider an immigrant)
