Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience working in a library setting
• Excellent knowledge of cataloguing systems and procedures
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse communities
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the library including circulation desk duties, collection management, and cataloguing activities • Create reports on library usage trends and statistics • Assist patrons with research inquiries through reference materials or online resources • Maintain accurate records for all library materials • Develop outreach initiatives that promote the use of the library’s services • Train new staff on policies and procedures • Respond promptly to inquiries from patrons regarding services offered by the library
