Job Title: Teacher
Salary: 1400 (per month)

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of teaching experience and be willing to work with students of diverse ages and backgrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering lessons to students, as well as assessing and evaluating student performance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and implement them in the classroom in accordance with school standards.
• Assess student performance using appropriate tests, assessments, and other evaluation tools.
• Prepare reports on student progress, attendance, etc., as required by the school administration.
• Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in professional development activities such as workshops, conferences, etc., to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and best practices in teaching methodology.
• Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents/guardians, and the community.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of teaching experience (required).
• Ability to work with diverse ages and backgrounds (required).
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices (preferred).
