Job Description: Pastry Chef in Zayed City

We are looking for an experienced and motivated pastry chef to join our team in Zayed City. The ideal candidate for this job will have an impressive portfolio of experience in the field of pastry arts, with a passion for creating delicious and eye-catching desserts. The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month. Immigrants are welcome to apply for this position.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef
• Working knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients used in baking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Creativity and imagination when developing new recipes or modifying existing ones
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties:
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, using measuring cups, spoons, scales, mixers etc.
• Bake pastries such as cakes, cookies, tarts and other desserts according to recipes or customer specifications
• Decorate cakes using various icing techniques (icing bags, drop flowers etc.)
• Create new recipe ideas by experimenting with different ingredients
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly
• Follow food safety regulations at all times
