Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor for our office in Dibba-El-Fujairah. You will be responsible for overseeing all surveying operations, ensuring accuracy and precision in all calculations and measurements. You must have extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and tools, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job Duties:
• Perform a variety of surveying duties such as collecting data on topography, hydrography, geology or other related topics
• Inspect sites and conduct surveys to determine land boundaries
• Compile data from field work for use in reports or maps
• Prepare maps and diagrams that illustrate the results of surveys
• Prepare legal descriptions of property boundary lines
• Visit sites to assess conditions prior to beginning survey work
• Operate modern survey instruments such as total stations, electronic tachometers, levels and GPS units
• Ensure accuracy of survey results by verifying calculations with various experts if necessary
• Maintain records of surveys and submit written reports to clients when necessary.

Salary/Compensation: 1300 AED per month

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field required
• Professional certification from a recognized body is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Surveyor
• Proven track record of successful survey projects completed
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient using modern surveying instruments attention to detail & strong mathematical abilities
