Job Description:
• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, safety standards, cost control, and staff training
• Ensure quality standards of food preparation and presentation
• Develop creative menus that appeal to customers’ tastes
• Manage kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory of supplies and order items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role

• Leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail regarding food safety regulations • Flexibility regarding working hours • Willingness to consider foreign candidates
