Qualifications & Requirements:

To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role or similar position. You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others in order to achieve team goals. Additionally, it is essential that you possess strong problem-solving skills with the capability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner. A degree in management or related field would be desirable but not essential for this role.
