Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes overseeing teams, monitoring performance, providing guidance and training, resolving problems, setting objectives and goals, delegating tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for motivating staff to achieve business objectives and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working in a supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
