HR Manager- Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing HR strategies in line with organizational goals and objectives
• Overseeing recruitment, selection and onboarding of new staff
• Maintaining employee records, payroll, benefits, training and development programmes
• Assisting in the resolution of employee grievances or conflicts as needed
• Implementing employee performance evaluation processes
• Advising senior management on policies and procedures related to HR matters

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of UAE employment laws is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
