We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security systems and procedures in accordance with local regulations and legislation.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in security management, including experience with risk analysis, conflict resolution, emergency response protocols, as well as familiarity with the security policies of the UAE.

The Security Manager will be in charge of supervising a team of security personnel to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and secure manner. They will also be responsible for developing training programs for staff on proper safety procedures, as well as monitoring surveillance systems and responding to any alarms or incidents. Additionally, they should keep up to date with new trends in security technology and have good organizational and communication skills.
