Job Title: Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1800 AED

We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have great organizational and management skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain operational systems, processes and policies
• Monitor performance of staff, review and evaluate their work
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency within the organization
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedbacks in a professional manner
• Oversee daily operations of the organization including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management etc.
• Prepare reports on operational activities as needed
• Manage financial records accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience as a manager in an organizational setting
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to business operations in the UAE
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
