Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping management and have the ability to provide exceptional service and operational support to our guests.

The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager include but are not limited to managing and overseeing all housekeeping staff; ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and presentable; maintaining health and safety standards; managing daily operations; monitoring inventory levels; training, scheduling, and evaluating staff; providing feedback on performance; and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure that all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized with excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, have a good knowledge of housekeeping operations, and must be able to work flexible hours. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal skills necessary for supervising a diverse team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.
