Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and technical principles; as well as proven experience in the management of all phases of construction processes.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels. They should also demonstrate the ability to motivate teams, while meeting deadlines and adhering to established budgets. The Construction Manager must also be capable of managing risks in order to ensure projects remain within budget and timeline.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, architects, engineers, other related personnel, and preparing cost estimates for materials and labor required on assigned projects. Additionally they will be required to manage all aspects of construction projects from scheduling labor resources, ordering materials, monitoring quality assurance inspections through completion of project closeout paperwork.
