Requirements:

• No experience required, but previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job Description:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Machine Operator in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures while ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Duties include preparing materials for processing, setting up machines for production runs, monitoring machine performance during operation, making adjustments when necessary, making minor repairs as needed, maintaining accurate records relating to production activities, troubleshooting problems when they arise, and cleaning equipment after use. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with knowledge of basic machine operation principles and safety standards as well as good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we are also willing to consider applicants with no experience who are willing to learn and develop new skills on the job.
