Al-Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the work of staff in the Al-Kuwait office, including providing guidance and direction to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Supervisor will ensure that employees receive appropriate training and guidance to complete their tasks correctly. They will also monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and provide disciplinary action when necessary. The Supervisor will also be responsible for recruiting new employees, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience working as a supervisor or in a leadership role is preferred but not required. The position requires someone with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail at all times.
