Salary: 1200

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreigner to join a rapidly growing company.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of relevant experience in recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current trends in recruitment and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Arabic is desired but not required

Job Duties:
• Source potential candidates through various recruiting tools such as job boards, social media, internal database searches, etc.

• Interview potential candidates for open roles and provide guidance on resume writing, interviewing tips etc.
• Track the progress of candidates through the recruitment process.
• Craft offer letters according to company policy.
