Welder job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for joining metal parts together by welding or brazing them.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in welding and hold a valid certificate of completion from a welding school or training program. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate welding machines according to the job requirements
• Read blueprints and other specifications to determine the appropriate welding process and technique
• Inspect welds for accuracy, using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Use hand tools such as grinders, torches, and hammers to remove excess material from welds
• Repair worn parts of equipment using welding techniques
• Follow safety guidelines when operating welding equipment
• Operate mobile lifts, cranes, and/or other moving equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean workspace at all times

Qualifications:
• Certificate or diploma in Welding or equivalent from an accredited institution is required
• At least 3 years of experience in welding is required
• Must have knowledge of metals, their properties, and the different types of metals used in manufacturing
• Must be able to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, specifications and sketches of products
• Must have excellent manual dexterity with good eye-hand coordination

Salary: 1400 QAR per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
