Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Doha and lead the kitchen in preparing delicious meals for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You must be creative in your approach to food preparation and presentation, with an ability to bring innovative dishes to the table. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly, developing menus based on seasonal ingredients, and creating a positive working environment that encourages team collaboration.

Duties:

The primary responsibilities of the Executive Chef include planning menus, scheduling staff shifts, managing food costs, ordering ingredients as needed, monitoring quality control of dishes served in the restaurant, training staff on proper methods of food preparation and presentation, creating new recipes as needed or requested by guests/clients/customers. In addition, they must ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding food storage and handling.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They must have an extensive knowledge of international cuisine as well as an understanding of current trends in food preparation methods. A Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills are also essential to success in this position as you will be regularly interacting with both customers and colleagues. The successful candidate should also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask without compromising on quality or efficiency.
