Job Requirements:
We require the successful candidate to have at least 4 years of experience working in a supervisory role within the field of hospitality or retail industry. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; have strong leadership skills and attention to detail; demonstrate organizational skills; be computer literate; have problem-solving abilities; possess good interpersonal skills; have the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize tasks effectively; demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence; and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their team of workers, managing daily operations, delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for training staff on new processes or protocols when necessary while monitoring their performance on an ongoing basis. They will also provide feedback on performance issues as well as encouragement when needed in order to ensure that all workers are performing at their maximum potential. Furthermore, they will monitor inventory levels as well as ensure that customer service standards are met at all times.
