Job Summary

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 SAR per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates who have no experience in the role.

Demands for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
• A degree in Land Surveying or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude and an eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good knowledge of land surveying techniques and instruments

Job Responsibilities
• Perform land surveys using GPS, Total Station, and Level instrumentation.
• Calculate areas, lengths, elevations, angles as required for land surveys
• Conduct research on land titles, deeds and other records
• Analyze survey findings and prepare reports on land boundaries
