Responsibilities
•Manage all restaurant operations ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
•Establish and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure safety, hygiene and quality are met
•Ensure efficient use of resources such as staff, food ingredients, equipment etc.
•Develop strategies to increase customer base and optimize profitability
•Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff members
•Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
•Maintain financial records including sales revenue reports

Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
•Minimum 5 years' experience managing restaurants or similar hospitality establishments
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
•Strong people management skills with proven ability to lead teams effectively
