We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with the ability to make decisions quickly and think on their feet.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, manage staff and ensure customer satisfaction. As a leader, you should be able to plan, organize, develop and implement strategies to promote the restaurant's brand awareness and profitability. You should also have excellent problem solving skills and be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.

You will need to have a strong background in hospitality management or a related field as well as knowledge of food safety regulations. You must also be able to communicate effectively with customers in order to build relationships and ensure repeat business. Furthermore, you should possess good financial management skills in order to monitor costs and maximize profits.
