We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production of meals as well as menu planning, meal preparation and presentation. We are offering an excellent salary of 1400 and are willing to consider a foreigner for the role.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with the Head Chef to develop creative and unique dishes that reflect our restaurant’s commitment to quality and innovation. Responsibilities include supervising junior chefs, ensuring all food is prepared in a timely manner, helping create new dishes, assisting with menu planning, and ensuring kitchen standards meet hygiene regulations while keeping waste down to a minimum.

To be considered for this role you should have at least 1 year experience working as a Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting. You should have strong communication skills and be comfortable leading a team while remaining organized under pressure. A passion for cooking is essential along with an understanding of food safety laws and regulations. Additionally, you should possess excellent culinary know-how paired with knowledge of various cooking techniques including baking, roasting, grilling etc.
