Job Title: Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop teams, and to cultivate excellent working relationships with employees and customers alike. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace operations, a passion for problem-solving, great communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies that optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead daily operations meetings with staff members to review progress towards goals.
• Manage employee performance reviews and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all local legal regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process of new staff members.
• Track budgets and expenditures to ensure effective cost control measures are taken.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a manager or similar position is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language is preferred but not required (knowledge of Arabic language is an asset).
