POSITION: Barista
LOCATION: Doha, Qatar
SALARY: QAR 1400
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. We offer a salary of QAR 1400 per month and we are open to considering an immigrant.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and making coffee to the highest standard. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, be reliable, and have a willingness to learn new techniques.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing different types of coffees according to the customer’s orders (espresso, cappuccino, latte etc.)
- Taking customer orders and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe.
- Setting up the barista station with necessary equipment and ingredients.
- Adhering to all food safety standards.
- Ensuring that all beverages are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Providing friendly customer service at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience as Barista or similar role in hospitality/foodservice industry preferred but not required.
- Good knowledge of coffee beverages preparation techniques.
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours (day & night shifts)
- Immigrant status is accepted if desired qualifications are met
