Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain the machines in our factory. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and repair machines as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of all assigned machinery and equipment at all times.

Demands for the Candidate:
• 2+ years of experience working as a Machine Operator or similar role in a factory setting
• Proficient with operating a variety of industrial machinery and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with mechanical components and systems
• Ability to think quickly and make decisions on the fly in response to changing circumstances on the shop floor
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in order to meet production goals
