Al-Kuwait is seeking a Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision and be responsible for repairing and maintaining industrial machines and equipment.

The Fitter will be expected to diagnose and troubleshoot faults, identify problems with machinery, and carry out repairs or replacements to components. The individual should be familiar with the use of a variety of tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and cutters in order to dismantle, adjust, repair or replace faulty components. Additionally, the Fitter should have a good understanding of technical drawings and schematics in order to assess problems accurately.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to think logically and use initiative when diagnosing issues with machinery. We expect the Fitter to be highly organized, methodical in their approach to diagnoses and repairs, and take pride in their workmanship. They should also have excellent communication skills in order to explain technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
