We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai and oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the staff and ensuring that they are producing quality meals in a timely manner. This role offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month plus additional benefits.

As Executive Chef, your job description would include planning menus for the restaurant, developing recipes and selecting ingredients, overseeing food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen, monitoring portion sizes and quality of meals served, managing the budget for food purchases, scheduling staff shifts, interviewing and training new personnel, as well as any other duties assigned.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. They should have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Previous experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant is preferred but not necessary; we are also ready to hire someone with no experience. The successful candidate should also possess strong communication skills and be able to manage staff effectively. A valid driver’s license is also required.
