Job Opening: Sommelier, Dubai

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will help create an exceptional wine experience for our guests and ensure that all their needs are met.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of wines, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to suggest food and wine pairings
• Knowledge of international wine regions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Outstanding communication skills
• Immigrant status (optional)

Duties:

• Developing a wine list that meets the needs of the restaurant
• Making recommendations and suggestions for food & wine pairings
• Assisting customers with selecting from the wine list
• Keeping up-to-date on new wines released on the market
• Advising on appropriate portion sizes for customers • Ensuring that all wines are stored at the correct temperatures

Salary: 1400 AED/month.
