Job Title: Barista

Salary: 1100 AED

Job Description: We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks to customers. You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have an eye for detail in order to ensure that all drinks are prepared according to the highest standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare different types of coffee drinks accurately and efficiently, following company recipes and standards
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt service with a friendly attitude at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift
• Ensure proper stocking of coffee beans, espresso machines, and other equipment throughout shift
• Take orders from customers accurately and promptly
• Handle cash transactions in an accurate manner while adhering to cash handling policies & procedures

Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience working as a barista is preferred but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different coffee blends/drink recipes
• Outstanding customer service skills and positive attitude
• Excellent multitasking abilities

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
