Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and strategies and implementing processes to ensure effective management of the sales team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager's main responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
• Recruiting, training, motivating and managing a successful sales team
• Identifying market trends and opportunities for growth
• Establishing strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Analyzing sales data to optimize performance
• Developing competitive pricing strategies
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the sales department
• Proven track record of successful sales management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
• Strong knowledge of market trends and customer needs analysis techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot

Salary: 1300 AED per month
