Land Surveyor - Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing survey plans and reports, and providing accurate data that can be used for a variety of purposes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as Land Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments and principles
• Ability to interpret aerial photographs and maps
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; fluency in other languages would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using a variety of instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, level instruments, etc.
• Prepare survey plans, field notes, legal descriptions or other related documents as required.
• Analyze survey data using specialized software applications such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS.
• Calculate areas using map projections or other related methods.
• Prepare reports based on the results of the surveys.
• Ensure accuracy of all survey results by taking into account safety regulations and environmental considerations.

Salary: 1100 AED/month (We are ready to consider foreigner).
