Job Title: Civil Engineer
Salary: 1300 AED
Location: Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, water systems and other large structures. The Civil Engineer will also be required to manage resources within their project budgets and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing detailed plans and specifications for civil engineering projects
• Designing structures to comply with local building codes
• Conducting site surveys, soil tests, laboratory tests and other investigative activities
• Making sure that construction activities are completed within budget and schedule
• Preparing cost estimates of materials, labor costs and equipment rental fees
• Overseeing the construction process from start to finish
• Supervising subcontractors and providing technical guidance where appropriate
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field plus at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry. We are also willing to consider an immigrant given the right qualifications. Proficiency in computer-aided design software is essential. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
