The ideal candidate should have experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial site, must be able to read and interpret technical documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; they must also have good physical condition, be able to work in extreme weather conditions, and be able to work long shifts if required. Good communication skills are essential, as the Crane Operator will need to communicate with colleagues on the ground as well as with supervisors onsite.
