We are looking for an experienced Crane operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the region and make a positive contribution to our operations. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month, with additional benefits such as medical insurance and leave allowances.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cranes safely and efficiently according to company standards. They will be required to inspect the crane before starting operations, ensure it is functioning properly, and maintain it regularly or as needed. They will also be responsible for setting up cranes for specific tasks, securing loads safely as per given instructions, operating the crane’s controls accurately, moving loads from one location to another in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate logs of all activities performed while onsite. On occasion they may need to use hand signals or radio communications with other site personnel when loading or unloading materials from different locations.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience as a crane operator with some knowledge in working with large machinery and tools. A valid safety certification is also required along with strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions correctly. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in English is essential as well as knowledge in basic computer operations such as emailing files and storing documents.
