Supervisor Job

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in a similar role, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor will include:
• Managing and overseeing all daily operations
• Ensuring that all staff adhere to safety protocols
• Scheduling shifts and monitoring staff performance
• Identifying areas for improvement and training staff accordingly
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities
• Generating reports and managing administrative duties.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to lead by example, and have strong communication skills. A background in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position. The salary is 1800 AED per month.
