Job Summary

We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the HR field and should be comfortable working with a diverse group of people. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting and vibrant city, with a salary of 1,100. We are open to consider hiring a foreigner for this position.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management
• Good knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership skills and team management ability

Responsibilities
• Developing policies related to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits and other human resources initiatives.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations like employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, new hire orientation etc.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws & regulations as well as company policies & procedures.
• Implementing strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing performance appraisal system that drives high performance across all levels of employees.
• Supporting the organization’s cultural development & fostering positive employee relations within the team.
