We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.

This position offers an attractive salary of 1600 AED per month and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience in Human Resources, with proven expertise in recruitment processes and employee relations. They should also have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing potential employees, conducting background checks and making final hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate records of all employee data such as onboarding documents, performance reviews, pay increases/decreases etc.
- Advise managers on best practices for employee relations issues such as discipline or conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to employment
- Monitor job satisfaction among employees through surveys and other methods
- Produce reports on key HR metrics such as staff turnover rate or training hours completed
