Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security plans and procedures in order to protect staff, customers, assets, and property. This position is open to both local and immigrant candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing security plans that meet the needs of the organization.
• Monitoring security equipment such as alarms, CCTV, etc. to ensure proper functioning.
• Training staff on security protocols and procedures.
• Investigating suspicious activity or incidents reported by staff or customers.
• Researching potential security risks such as theft or vandalism that could affect the organization’s operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding safety and security measures.
• Maintaining accurate records of incidents and investigations.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Security Manager or similar role in a large organization.
• Proven experience in developing effective security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, best practices relating to safety and security measures.
