Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization and providing support to staff members. This position requires a creative and organized individual who is able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The main duties of this role include but are not limited to:
-Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the organization’s strategies and plans
-Monitoring performance of employees and making necessary changes in order to improve efficiency
-Assessing employee performance in order to ensure that goals are met
-Coordinating with other departments such as finance, accounting, marketing, etc.
-Developing budgets in order to ensure that resources are allocated effectively
-Managing staff recruitment and training initiatives
-Providing guidance and support for staff members when needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
-Minimum 5 years of work experience in a managerial capacity
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
-Strong problem solving skills with proven track record of implementing effective solutions -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks -In depth knowledge of financial management practices -Excellent communication skills both verbal and written -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage -Flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to changes
