Kindergarten Teacher – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing stimulating and creative learning experiences, while ensuring the safety of all students. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students
• Implement an appropriate curriculum that meets the individual needs of each student
• Design lesson plans based on accepted teaching methods and current theories of child development
• Establish positive relationships with parents/guardians to ensure effective communication
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
• Create an environment that encourages creativity, problem solving, and critical thinking
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest teaching standards and techniques.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience as a kindergarten teacher or similar role in a classroom setting
• Working knowledge of modern teaching methods and educational best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents/guardians, staff, administration, etc.
• High level of patience and understanding
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
