We are seeking a Mason to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 and does not require any prior experience. The main responsibility of the Mason will be to build and repair brick, concrete, stone, and other related structures. The successful candidate will be expected to read blueprints, measure building materials accurately, prepare mortar mixes, lay bricks and stone accurately and swiftly, mix cement for concrete batches, shape and finish concrete slabs according to specifications, cut bricks with power saws or grinders as needed, use chisels and hammers to finish workpieces as needed, inspect finished workpieces for accuracy and quality assurance purposes, follow safety guidelines when operating heavy machinery or when handling hazardous materials such as cement or mortar. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills; be able to work in a team environment; have great communication skills; be able to follow instructions carefully; be able to lift heavy objects; and have an eye for detail.
