CNC Operator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in the operation of CNC machines and a mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate metal parts as specified by work orders, blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts.
• Select the appropriate tools and enter commands to accurately produce parts to specification.
• Monitor the feed and speed of the machine during production runs to ensure that it is running within acceptable guidelines.
• Adjust machine feed or speed as needed if there are any discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot problems with machines or finished products and make necessary repairs or adjustments as required.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and conformance to quality standards.
• Record data such as production rates, downtime, or rejected pieces.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures related to CNC machining operations.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machine problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1600 AED per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant).
