Construction Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 900 AED/Month
Open to Immigrant Candidates

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overseeing and managing of construction projects from beginning to end. The Construction Manager must be organized and have excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Ensure all construction projects are completed on time according to plans and within budget
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study preferred
• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving abilities with a results driven attitude
