Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED monthly
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a desire to help our organization succeed.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, filing, scheduling appointments, and data entry
-Prepare documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and other correspondence
-Maintain office supplies by ordering items when needed and ensuring adequate supply levels at all times
-Greet visitors warmly and offer any assistance necessary
-Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff members
-Coordinate meetings and conferences when necessary
-Manage the office calendar and ensure all events are accurately scheduled
-Handle all incoming mail in a timely manner
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Detail oriented with the ability to work independently. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
