Kindergarten Teacher – Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a passionate Kindergarten teacher to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality teaching and learning experiences to young children in an early childhood setting. The position is open to foreigners with minimal work experience. Salary is 1200 AED per month.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a curriculum that meets the educational needs of the students, focusing on all areas of development
• Encourage creative thinking by providing a stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
• Monitor each student’s progress and create individual learning plans as needed
• Establish positive relationships with parents/guardians to ensure open communication
• Prepare lesson plans, activities and materials in accordance with curriculum objectives
• Create an exciting and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning
• Evaluate student performance and growth through assessment tools such as tests, quizzes, observations etc.
• Participate in additional duties as assigned by school administration
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required • Experience working with young children preferred but not required • Great organizational skills • Creative problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of child development principles and teaching methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills • Must be fluent in English
