Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations in our business. You will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the established timeframes. The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement operational strategies designed to increase efficiency and productivity;
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on a regular basis;
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, scheduling, budgeting, inventory control;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Act as a point of contact between management and staff;
• Ensure all health & safety regulations are met at all times;
• Resolve conflicts among team members;
• Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail;
