We are currently seeking to hire an experienced and qualified Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing security services, conducting risk assessment, managing security personnel, and ensuring that the security procedures are followed. We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 for this position and are willing to consider foreign applicants.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory role. He/she should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in the use of modern security systems such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.

As part of the job responsibilities, the Security Manager will ensure that all security processes are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws. He/she will also be responsible for developing new security policies and procedures as needed, performing regular maintenance on the security equipment, managing all security personnel assigned to them, conducting risk assessments on potential threats or vulnerabilities, and providing timely reports on security activity to senior management.
