Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales process within the company. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have an analytical mindset, and be highly organized in order to exceed our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet or exceed sales goals
• Analyze customer needs, identify new opportunities, and develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team including setting targets and metrics
• Monitor market trends to identify potential business areas
• Analyze data to develop insights into customer preferences and competitor activity
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, analyze customer data, and prepare reports
• Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase brand awareness
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through closure
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with customers
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary Range: 1600 QR per month
