We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Nurse to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to patients, as well as assisting doctors with patient treatments. The Nurse must be able to establish a warm and friendly rapport with patients, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and procedures.
• Provide pre-operative instruction to patients, including information on surgery preparation, post-operative care, diet, activity level, wound care, etc.
• Monitor vital signs (e.g., blood pressure) of patients and record information in electronic medical records system.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries or concerns regarding their health status.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection prevention protocols and following safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians) to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license in the state of Dubai (or eligible for licensure).
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) in order to interact with patients & family members as well as other healthcare professionals in English language is mandatory; knowledge of another language is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining organized & efficient under pressure is essential for this role.

Compensation: We offer an attractive salary package of AED 1500 per month plus additional benefits depending on experience/qualifications. This position is open for foreigners who can obtain necessary visa/work permits if required by local government regulations at the time of employment commencement date.
